In 1978, after spending 10 years in international accounting firms, Lou Biscotti rented an office in Rockville Centre and, assisted by his wife Alberta, set up his accounting practice. Michael Toback and Joe Salvator joined the firm a short time later to form the nucleus of the management team.

The mission of the firm is to deliver personalized services to clients which are designed to increase their wealth and improve their quality of life. The team’s now long history of blending complimentary talents and utilizing their intellectual capital, from well over 1000 client experiences, has become a hallmark of the firm.
