Alberta is the firm’s head of administration. She heads up a team of over 10 staff who work in the administrative area of the company. She is also in charge of human resources and handles all employee needs. As part of the Partner Team, she does all firm financial tasks, oversees all areas of firm administration and heads up a team of people who care for our own internal computer needs as well as client computer needs.
Along with her staff, Alberta is the head of the firm's projects. She manages and drives all projects through implementation to completion. Alberta has taken Biscotti, Toback & Company through mergers and is an expert in project management. Her administrative and organizational skills enable her to perform many of the key functions in the firm.
